Very informative!!

In recent times, the world is becoming cognizant about the hazardous effects of plastic bags on the environment.
Also PLA has been used to line the inside of Paper Cups in place of the oil based lining more commonly used, create Plastic (Environment, Bio-Plastics, Biodegradable plastic additive) Cups, Cutlery, Carrier Bags, Food Packaging and even Nappies.
Thanks,

When you refer to "trash", do you mean in a landfill?

My understanding was that basically nothing biodegrades very well in a landfill, because there isn't enough air for the relevant bacteria. So products that are biodegradable are better than non-biodegradables when they're tossed in a ditch (or if they're compostable), but does it matter at all in a landfill?

Thanks,
Chris.
